You will work closely with the local HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives, and review HR policies and procedures for the various countries in the Asia Pacific region. You will deliver people strategies in support of business strategies and be instrumental in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management, performance management and organisational development. |
| Pre-requisites |
Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years'
relevant experience |

In-depth understanding and working knowledge of full spectrum
of human resource issues and operations. |

Good knowledge of Asia Pacific employment legislation and
familiar with personal taxation matters |
| |
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees |

Bilingual in English and Chinese |

Willing to travel as required |
